Gears of War 4 is getting even more pre-order bonuses. You know, in addition to the Gears of War Collection with the previous four Xbox 360 games and Vintage Del character skin. This time, it involves a blast to the past. Well, a blast to the past that doesn’t add more games. Everyone also gets the Brothers to the End Elite Gear Pack DLC.
I know, more DLC seems like no big deal. But when it comes to the Gears of War 4 new pre-order pack, it kind of is. Aside from Gold Wave Gnasher and Gold Wave Lancer weapon skins, it adds three more characters. Old Man Marcus shows Marcus Fenix 25 years after the Locust War ended. Tomorrow Anya is her as she appeared in the “Tomorrow” commercial, holding and playing with her son, JD Fenix. Finally, Dominic Santiago has been resurrected as Zombie Dom. It’s an undead version of that old friend.
I know it might seem silly to be excited about DLC, but these extra Gears of War 4 characters are pretty cool! I especially like Zombie Dom. He’s my favorite. But Old Man Marcus shows that a soldier never stops being intimidating, ever. If you want the Brothers to the End Elite Gear Pack and all the other pre-order DLC, make sure you call dibs on a copy of Gears of War 4 before October 11.
