Good news for everyone who loves Star Wars or multiplayer shooters. You’re going to get a chance to play Star Wars Battlefront really soon. EA has announced the Star Wars Battlefront beta will run from October 8-12 and will be open to all PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC players who want to try it out.
The three main offerings in the Star Wars Battlefront beta will be the 40 player Walker Assault on Hoth, 8v8 Drop Zone on Sullust, and solo or co-op Survival Mission on Tatooine. People can also try the Base Command card game in the Star Wars Companion app to earn credits for the game.
The exact timing of the Star Wars Battlefront beta has yet to be announced. It will be a 7GB download on consoles and 11GB for PC players. If you enjoy it, the full game will be released on November 17.
