Goat Simulator Pokes Fun at Konami, Honors Kojima

Coffee Stain Studios, the guys behind Goat Simulator , have taken notice of the drama between Hideo Kojima and Konami, and they have voiced their support for the developer through their game’s credits. At the end of the credits now is a section that says “Extra Special Thanks” and underneath the heading it lists Hideo Kojima and Kojima Productions. It then says “ Silent Hills P.T …. Please Bring It Back … Pretty Please?”

Coffee Stain provided their own reason for why they did this, saying, “We heard that Hideo Kojima was removed from the credits for Metal Gear Solid V so we added him to the credits for Goat Simulator.”

Right now, the removal of Kojima’s name from the credits of Metal Gear Solid V is just a rumor, but if it did turn out to be true, it would be an incredibly aggressive move from Konami. It’s very clear that Kojima had a large role in producing the game, and taking that away from him would be monumentally unfair.

We agree with you, Coffee Stain, and solute Kojima for all his good work.

Also, we too want to see Silent Hills brought back.
