Homefront: The Revolution is one of those games that’s long seemed like vaporware. It was trapped in development hell after the THQ shutdown. One may have wondered if it was even worth having, given the lackluster offerings of the original game. But apparently, it’s still on the way. Target is offering pre-orders of it.
Pre-order cards at Target say Homefront: The Revolution will be released on May 17. For $1, people can call dibs on a copy of the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. game. They’ll also get a $5 Target gift card when they buy the game as something of a thank you for pre-ordering it.
Though, given Homefront: The Revolution ‘s history, this is one game you definitely want to wait to get until after it’s been released and reviewed.
