JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure HD Coming Next Month

Capcom has confirmed that a high-definition port of the classic 2D fighting game JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure will be coming to PlayStation Network and Xbox LIVE Arcade on August 21 and August 22, respectively.

The new and improved HD version of the game will come with online play, a video sharing feature that lets players save and post replays of past fights, and the ability to play with the traditional arcade style graphics.

Originally released in arcades in 1998, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure was the first of many fighting games based on Hirohiko Araki’s popular Japanese manga series. PSOne and Sega Dreamcast editions of the title were released a year later.

The remake will be priced at $19.99 for PSN and 1600 Microsoft Points for Xbox LIVE when it releases next month.
