Can’t afford to take your kid to Disneyland this Christmas? Microsoft has a solution for that, announced at the E3 conference this morning. Kinect Disneyland Adventures allows players to explore the park and ride on the rides without the endless lines and substantial drain to their bank accounts.  Microsoft showed kids spreading their arms to fly through the Peter Pan ride and jumping on balls in Wonderland. The rides appear to be directly modeled after the actual Disneyland rides, though once inside there are minigames to play, so it’s not purely a virtual park. Kinect Disneyland Adventures will be out in time for 2011’s holiday season. |
