Microsoft and Ubisoft Hosting Rainbow Six Pro Tournament

Y’all know I love me some Rainbow Six Siege, and I’m not the only one. This is the best damn first-person shooter we’ve played in a very long time, bugs and all, and it’s also the most intensively competitive multiplayer game I’ve played since Splatoon (quiet, haters). I think I’m pretty good at Siege but there’s so much that goes into every round of every match; even the most experienced among us can be swept away by a team of noobs if we lose our cool. Only a select few have risen to the top with impressive win ratios and k/d ratios. If you’re one of those select few, Ubisoft has a surprise for you.

Ubisoft and Microsoft have partnered up with the Electronic Sports League (ESL) to form the “Rainbow Six Pro League.” This new league is for anyone, casual or hardcore, who wants to compete in the Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Pro League global competition that begins the first week of March for Xbox One and PC players. The first season of competition will feature a prize pool of over $100,000, and winners will go on to final, live event with $50,000 on the line. If you’d like to know more, you can go here for all of the details.
