The newest software upgrade for Fallout 3 on Xbox 360 apparently has tweaked the game’s visuals. The inclusion of specular maps has significantly improved the quality of the game, specifically its textures. The game on Xbox 360 has always appeared to be the best console version, as it touted a far more stable framerate. However, the PS3 had better textures, whereas the game looked flat on the Xbox 360.
