Nintendo Announces Four First Party Titles for DS and Wii

Nintendo Announces Four First Party Titles for DS and Wii

None

Getting ahead of E3 just a bit, Nintendo has announced four titles for the North American market:

On August 25th, Mario Super Sluggers will release for the Wii.  This Nintendo baseball title will bring together Mario and company for a wild romp around the diamond.

On September 8th, developer Big Fish Games will launch Mystery Case Files: MillionHeir for the DS. The classic PC detective puzzler will make its handheld debut and take full advantage of the DS’ touch screen, microphone, and Wi-Fi capabilities for finding clues, solving the puzzles, and sharing with friends.

On September 29th, both Kirby Super Star Ultra and Wario Land Shake It! will come out for the DS and Wii respectively.  Originally released on the Super Nintendo, Kirby Super Star picks up the Ultra to its moniker as it has been re-imagined and retooled for the DS.  Wario Land Shake It! was originally announced for release in Japan as Wario Land Shake!  I guess the localization team felt it was necessary to include the “It” in the title.  Gameplay will be based on a 2D side-scroller style and will use the Wii Remote’s motion controls.
