Pneuma: Breath of Life Developer Pairs up With Square Enix Collective for New Game

Square Enix Collective is a great platform for independent developers who might not have otherwise had access to the exposure and media outlets that a big-name publisher like Square Enix can provide. When games join up with SEC they’re still able to retain full control of their IP, while at the same time leveraging publishing and distribution services (given that the game is already funded). It’s a forward-thinking program, and no doubt we’ll get to play some wonderfully creative games because of it. One of these games is The Turing Test.

The Turing Test is a first-person puzzle game from Bulkhead Interactive, the studio behind Pneuma: Breath of Life . This time, the action takes place on Europa, and as you might have guessed from the title, will revolve around the theme of artificial intelligence, and humans’ will to control the world around them through technology. So far, it looks to be shaping up nicely. Producer Howard Philpott said that they were thrilled to be a part of Square Enix Collective. “They’ve given us the opportunity to make The Turing Test a more solid, polished, and ultimately an all-around better game.” Check out the trailer for yourself right here:
