Do you remember Remember Me ? It was an action game coming out of Capcom and developed by Dontnod that focused on memory and customizable combos. Capcom said that they wanted to make Remember Me a major franchise, and that Dontnod would become one of their key developers. Great hopes for an interesting game right?
Well Dontnod has just gone bankrupt…. The best laid plans of mice and men oft go awry we suppose.
This news comes from Factor News, a French news publication. Dontnod themselves have not yet released a statement on the report, nor has Capcom. Dontnod could recover from bankruptcy, but the inability to pay off its debts to its creditors is likely a deathbow to this tiny studio.
