Trion Worlds customers have received a very depressing email this holiday season. Apparently, encrypted passwords, dates of birth, email addresses, billing addresses, and the first and last four digits and expiration dates of customer credit cards for all Trion customers may have been compromised. 
In addition, it makes it clear that game time in RIFT, Trion Worlds’ MMO, will not be interrupted. However, all players will be required to perform a mandatory password change. As a result, players will receive three days of complimentary game time, which isn’t a bad deal. By Angelo M. D’Argenio |
