The rumor mill has gone into overdrive concerning Nintendo’s new console. It seems the focus of most of these rumors has been about the new controller, which will reportedly drop the Wii-Mote aesthetic and go for something a little more traditional with buttons. However, if you are interested in wild speculation, buttons aren’t the only thing to be included on the controller. A touch screen has been the most heavily -rumored new feature, but today we are hearing that the new controller may include a camera also. If this is true, could the newest controller be something like a DSi? And if so, what will this mean for the cost of the initial console and extra controllers?  There are plenty of unanswered questions about Nintendo’s new console, but it’s hard not to be a little bit skeptical of these new rumors. If all of these features are indeed in this new console (including HD output and support for new media), then we could be looking at a seriously high price tag, which would be a little out of character for Nintendo.
