Sega Is Giving Away More Free Games on Steam

Sega is still promoting its “Make War Not Love” campaign by giving away free stuff, and you need to get in on this. Earlier you could score Jet Set Radio and Golden Axe for free, but now Sega has moved on. The current offering is Streets of Rage 2, Binary Domain, and Condemned. Like the last bunch, these will only be offered for a limited time, so you’ll need to hurry on over to the promotion website and sign up for the newsletter. This is mandatory; you can’t just log onto Steam and find these games for free. Sega will email you the codes through the newsletter, so I guess that’s the catch, albeit a small one.

Even if you miss out on these games you’ll still want to go ahead and sign up for the newsletter. Tomorrow Sega will be giving away Gunstar Heroes, Renegade Ops, and Viking: Battle for Asgard. In addition to the freebies, Company of Heroes 2, Total War Attila, and Warhammer 40K: Dawn of War 2 are all 75% off in the Steam store. At the end of the Make War Not Love promotion, whichever game has been downloaded and played the most will get a free content release. It’s a pretty exciting promotion from Sega, and even if you don’t feel like buying a new (cheap) game, it’s still a great chance to get some free classics.
