The Comprehensive Guide To The Sims 4 DLC

The Sims 4 arrived to the masses on September 2, 2014, in North America with a Mac version of the game that wasn’t released until February 17th of the following year. The Sims 4 is a game that truly needs no introduction. The game currently has over 70 million players worldwide across all platforms. So if you’re clicking this comprehensive guide, most likely you have heard of The Sims in some way, shape, or form. But just in case you haven’t, The Sims 4 focuses on creating and controlling a neighborhood of virtual people, called “Sims”. Developed by Maxis and produced by Electronic Arts, the game currently sits at 70 on Metacritic.

Is The Sims 4: Snowy Escape Worth The Money?

Similar to the last expansion, I don’t think it’s worth the money. I feel like the reason I’m so harsh on some of these expansions is because I’m comparing them to standout expansions like University and Cats & Dogs. Since every expansion is sold at the same price it’s hard to recommend snowy escape when you can get other better expansions.

Is The Sims 4: High School Years Worth The Money?

This expansion is worth it because of how it works with other expansions. On its own it probably isn’t worth it but if you own other expansions like University, Famous, and Get Together, this expansion gains value.

Is The Sims 4: Horse Ranch Worth The Money?

I would say that the latest Sims expansion is definitely worth the money especially when compared to the previous expansions before it. It also gets extra value if you already own Cottage Living. I love it when the expansions have direct synergies with the ones that came before it.
