It was announced today by Square Enix and Eidos the general way in which Eidos will operate under Square Enix “following the completion of the £84 million acquisition last week.”

For the most part, Eidos will remain unchanged. The brand will remain and the company will run as an “independent, wholly-owned subsidiary of Square Enix Holdings.” Moreover, Eidos CEO Phil Rogers will remain Eidos honcho but report directly to Yoichi Wada, President and CEO of Square Enix Holdings Co., Ltd.
