Super Mario Galaxy 2, the sequel to one of the Wii’s most critically-acclaimed titles, is headed to the console on May 23, 2010. The game will include the same “gravity-defying, physics-based exploration from the first game,” but it is also “loaded with entirely new galaxies and features.” Mario will be able to pair up with Yoshi on specific stages use a new drill technique that lets the Italian plumber root his way through solid rock.
