The rumor mill is spinning once again, and anyone who was a fan of old school PlayStation stealth games will be happy with what it’s spitting out this time. There are reports coming in that the U.S. PlayStation blog recently posted a story claiming Syphon Filter 4 was in the works. The story was rumored to be up for an hour or two before being taken down. All discussions about the post on the PlayStation forums were also taken down. Many other sites have reported on the supposed accidental unveiling and have documented the rumored details about the upcoming game.  Syphon Filter 4 was rumored to be coming out in late 2012 as a PS3 exclusive, and supposedly, the game was using a new graphics engine developed by SCE London. It has even been speculated that we would hear more about the game at this year’s E3. But take it with a grain of salt. It’s all just a rumor. |
