Next week’s Tokyo Game Show has already garnered a lot of anticipation with Nintendo’s reveal of a 3DS-centric conference at the convention and, of course, the demos and videos of new games from the Japanese development community. Among those being shown is Team Ninja’s Ninja Gaiden 3, but the development team has revealed through its twitter that Ninja Gaiden 3 won’t be its only game at the show.



Teasing the announcement of a new title next week, just in time for the Tokyo Game Show, Tecmo’s stealthiest dev team has offered no additional details on the project, but they had previously expressed interest in PlayStation Vita development. With the Vita slated to make a strong showing at TGS, with a wealth of titles up for demonstration and play, a new Team Ninja title on the system would hardly be a surprise. This prospective game, though not explicitly of a new property, is most likely not another Ninja Gaiden release. A new Dead or Alive game? Something altogether different?
