Announced during this year’s Gamescom on Tuesday, August 12, the charming paper crafts-inspired platformer Tearaway has been announced by Media Molecule that the PlayStation Vita title will also be making its way onto Sony’s PlayStation 4.
A tailored version of the original game, this PlayStation 4 version of the title, dubbed “ Tearaway Unfolded ”, will be a retelling of the game’s story, but with enhanced features to include the full power of the console’s DualShock 4 controller.
As well as featuring an extended storyline, Tearaway Unfolded will also run at full 1080p resolution and at 60 frames per second.
Such DualShock 4-tailored mechanics implemented into the game include using the controller’s lightbar to light the way in certain dark levels, and using its touchpad to jump on certain objects.
