The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth Adds Another Afterbirth

The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth Adds Another Afterbirth

The Binding of Isaac: Birth ‘s first expansion was Afterbirth . It added tons of additional content for $10.99, adding 100 hours of gameplay, over 1,000 new room designs, 120 items, secret transformations, a new boss, Daily Runs, a Greed Mode, and more characters. Now, it’s getting even bigger with a Afterbirth+ expansion. I guess After-Afterbirth wasn’t available as a title.

At the moment, all we really know is that The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth ‘s Afterbirth+ exist. Edmund McMillen’s announcement was really more of a tease. Mod support is a major draw, new enemies and bosses will be there, and you’ll be able to make your own voice packs. It’s also confirmed for PCs, but isn’t exactly set in stone for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One yet. Also, it will cost money and won’t be a free update.

In other The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth news, information on the Afterbirth expansion for consoles was revealed. The porting process will be done by the end of January. It should then be released in either the first or second quarter of 2016.
