A summer staple is back! Every year, Sony hosts a Play event on the PlayStation Store, rewarding people with discounts and some sort of bonus for pre-ordering new games. The Play 2015 PlayStation Store event is kicking off today, June 14, 2015, and will be running until August 18, 2015.
This year’s Play 2015 applicable PS4 titles are Journey , N++ , Galak-Z , and Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture . Those are listed in order of release date, by the way. This week is Journey , and every week another game is released. People with PlayStation Plus who pre-order one of them from the PlayStation Store get 20% off of the list price, bringing Journey down to $11.99, and the rest down to $15.99 each.
The reward for this year’s Play 2015 event is a little disappointing, sadly. We used to get varying amounts of PlayStation Store credit for purchasing two or more titles in the lineup. This time, all we get is a 10% off coupon is two or more are purchased. It’s such a shame.
