At this year’s E3, gamers can expect to see Assassin’s Creed Unity, Far Cry 4, and Watch_Dogs — all much anticipated games by Ubisoft. Unfortunately for Wii U owners, the publisher won’t have anything on offer for them at this year’s event. In fact, a delayed version of Watch_Dogs is the only Ubisoft title currently slated for the under-appreciated console.
This news exhibits a surprising lack of support from a publisher that heavily supported the console during its launch. In the past, Nintendo and Ubisoft teamed up to present Rayman Legends, ZombiU, Just Dance and a never-released Ghost Recon Online
It’s unlikely that the publisher has totally written the system off. The Big N just has to do something about its abysmal installation base. Until then, Ubisoft fans will have to look elsewhere.
