Follow Father James inside, then follow the on screen instructions to serve up some gumbo.
When things inevitably go bad, vault the counter with [W+SPACE] and use melee to take out the attackers (the nearest will still be stunned from your improvised attack). When they're all down, search their bodies to trigger the final cutscene.
