The StreetPass feature on the 3DS is used by plenty of games, including Super Street Fighter IV, Nintendogs, and LEGO Star Wars III. However, SpotPass, which delivers content to the 3DS (instead of just exchanging content), has scarcely been used on the 3DS outside of press demonstrations. But if you visit your local Best Buy this summer, you may be able to finally take advantage of this feature.  Best Buy and Nintendo have announced a partnership that will allow users to download “exclusive offers and movie trailers” using the service. Could this be the beginning of the video download service that Nintendo talked so much about at last year’s E3? If so, hopefully it will be available at places other than Best Buy soon. |
