2K Games has announced via the official PlayStation Blog that the vaunted Challenge Rooms for BioShock on the PS3 will be available for download tomorrow for $9.99. According Keith Shetler, Associate Producer at 2K Boston, the Challenge Rooms will made up of three separate “puzzle rooms where the objective is to rescue a Little Sister” in creative and inventive ways before Splicers and/or Big Daddies have their way with them. Also, 2K will allow players to replay BioShock from the beginning with any of the weapons and powers they have unlocked previously with the New Game Plus add-on. In the words of Shetler, “…wish you could obliterate Dr. Steinman with your uber-grenade launcher? Now you can!”
