Chivalry 2 is a multiplayer hack-and-slash game where players take part in medieval warfare. The game was developed by Torn Banner Studios and was released on June 8, 2021. Players can participate in epic battles on massive scales that bring medieval combat alive.
Chivalry 2 received favorable reviews from critics when it launched for its brutal combat system. The large-scale battles are like recreating bombastic movie scenes. If players want to experience the carnage and mayhem from movies like Brave Heart and Lord of the Rings, then Chivalry 2 is the perfect game.
Chivalry 2 Premise
In Chivalry 2, players will engage in sprawling warfare with a maximum of 64 players. There are a variety of weapons and classes that players can pick from to dominate the battlefield. War hammers, maces, long swords, battle axes, and bows and arrows can all be used to slaughter your enemies. Castles can be stormed on foot or on the back of a speeding horse. Chivalry 2 creates an immersive experience that few other games can match.
Chivalry 2 Main Character
Although Chivalry 2 is exclusively a multiplayer game, there is still a bit of a story. During matches, players will join one of three factions. There are the Agatha Knights, who wear blue and white. Then we have the Mason order that dresses in red and black. In a later update to the game, a third faction was added known as the Tenosian Empire. As you wage war on the battlefield, you’ll rep your faction’s colors with pride and honor.
Chivalry 2 Series
Chivalry 2 isn’t the first medieval combat game. In 2012, Torn Banner Studios released the original game, Chivalry: Medieval Combat. The first game was also an online multiplayer hack-and-slash game. Similar to the sequel, players would siege castles with a variety of weapons, while the Agatha Knights and Mason Order wage war against one another. If you’re interested in seeing the origins of savage medieval combat, then you should check out Chivalry: Medieval Combat.
Chivalry 2 Cheat Codes
Sadly, there are no cheat codes available for Chivalry 2. Because the game is an exclusively online multiplayer, cheat codes would only cause problems. Any cheat codes in the game would give players unfair advantages against one another that would disrupt the entire flow of the game. In order to get better at this bloody combat, players will need to hone their skills like the knights of old.
Even though there aren’t any available cheat codes, players can still occupy their time with achievement hunting. Many of the achievements in the game encourage players to try different weapons and classes that they might normally choose. This changes the gameplay from what you are used to and allows for more hours to be put into the game.
