Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax , the strange doujin crossover fighting game that is a pretty big hit in Japan, is actually coming to consoles. It has been dated for a PS3 and PS Vita release on November 13 th . The fighting game features characters from Dengeki Bunko manga and anime, such as Sword Art Online and Durarara!
The game is well known for being a one on one game with interesting assist mechanics and has gained some traction in the professional fighting game world as of late, but only in Japan. Unfortunately, the game is only cleared for a Japanese release so far, but that won’t matter much to the American fighting game crowd. Both the PS3 and the PS Vita are region free, and so the Japanese release date is basically the same as the American release date, if you are willing to make a Japanese PSN account and buy a Japanese PSN card online. That is, unless you honestly care about having English text in the menus or listening to a really poorly done English dub. If that’s the case, you’ll just have to wait.
