ESPN and Microsoft Sign Exclusive Partnership Deal

None

For a few months now, it’s been rumored that ESPN and Microsoft were going to get together to bring sports content to the Xbox 360.

Today, it was confirmed that the two companies will in fact bring both live and recorded sporting events to the console.  Coverage will include MLB, NFL, College Football, College Basketball, NBA, Soccer, and more.

This partnership will give Xbox LIVE subscribers access to over 3500 live and on demand events as well as get access to live polls, trivia questions, replays, and ESPN.com.

No additional cost will be required — just standard subscription Xbox LIVE Gold subscription fees.
