BlizzCon has a tradition of ending with cool concerts. We’ve seen Ozzy Osbourne and Tenacious D perform in the past, and this year we are going to get to see Foo Fighters. This may not exactly be the band that gamers would have expected, but it’s not that much of a stretch considering Foo frontman Dave Grohl played drums for Tenacious D at BlizzCon last year. BlizzCon itself will be taking place at the Anaheim Convention Center on October 21 and 22 this year. Tickets are already sold out. That being said, you can catch live coverage on DirecTV, or you can pay forty bucks for a “virtual ticket” which will let you view the convention from the comfort of your own home.
