Man, I was hoping that the reason we hadn’t heard anything about April’s free PlayStation Plus games was because Sony was being sneaky, waiting for Microsoft to announce its Games With Gold first so that they could top the competition. No dice there, my friends: Xbox One owners definitely got the better deal going into April, but this month’s PlaysStation Plus games aren’t bad at all! Actually, I’m excited about a couple of them. Here’s what we’ve got:
On PS4 you’ll be able to download Dead Star and Zombi. PS3 owners will get I Am Alive and Savage Moon, and for the PS Vita we have A Virus Named Tom and Shutshimi . Nothing special on the Vita, unfortunately, but I’ve been looking forward to trying Dead Star . Zombi was also an unexpected surprise; it was one of the earlier Wii U games worth buying, and eventually got ported to Xbox One, PS4, and PC. If you’re looking for a good zombie game, this could very well scratch that itch. What do you guys think of April’s line-up? It’s not incredible, but it’s better than months past.
