Kung-Fu High Impact Will Make Us All Look Silly

Kung-Fu High Impact Will Make Us All Look Silly

None

Leave it to Ignition Games to invent new and extravagant ways for us to look foolish. Today, they announced Kung-Fu High Impact for the Xbox 360 Kinect. KFHI is a side-scrolling fighter that places you in the center of the action via the Kinect interface. Think Double Dragon meets Wii Fitness.

Kung-Fu High Impact is the result of a partnership between UTV Ignition Games, Virtual Air Guitar Company, and Black Bean Games. “Black Bean Games is excited that our first simultaneous worldwide release will be a fresh, innovative, and terribly cool game for Kinect,” said Luisa Bixio, speaking for Black Bean. “Today it would be impossible to replicate this game as it is on any other platform; we asked Virtual Air Guitar Company to tailor this fantastic concept to Kinect for Xbox 360, trying to achieve something unique. We believe we’ve got it.”

Ignition Games is also the developer behind the poorly-received Kung Fu Live title that was released last year. Kung Fu Live utilized the motion controls from the PlayStation Eye, but was prone to glitches and difficult to play. Even so, the game had a clever style and irrefutable potential. Heres hoping that Kung-Fu High Impact doesn’t suffer from similar problems.

If you do plan to pick up Kung-Fu High Impact in November, please close all of your window blinds. Your neighbors don’t need to see you practicing your non-existent kung fu skills.
