Left 4 Dead 2’s Cold Stream Not On Xbox 360 Yet

None

If you have been keeping up with Left 4 Dead 2 news, you should know that the game’s latest DLC pack, Cold Stream, was supposed to be out by now on the Xbox 360. Set for a release yesterday, owners of the Xbox version of Left 4 Dead 2 unfortunately still have to go without this DLC pack.

The L4D team responded to the fans on their official Twitter account by saying “We are working with [Microsoft] on a release schedule. We don’t have an ETA yet but we hope to have it out soon. It will be 560pts.”

The pack includes both a fan-made campaign as well as ports of the original Left 4 Dead’s campaigns. At least you can still experience this new pack on the PS3 and Steam versions of the game.

Between this, the inability to repatch FEZ, delays in getting the new Skullgirls patch out the door, and more, it seems as if Microsoft bureaucracy has been a bit of a roadblock for many game developers of late.
