Lord of the Rings Online: Rangers and Ruins Premise

Lord of the Rings Online takes place at the same time as the famous Lord of the Ring novels. Players create their own avatars to fight against the forces of evil and work alongside characters like Gandalf and Aragorn. Lord of the Rings Online: Rangers and Ruins Series

Lord of the Rings Online is a stand-alone game with no prequels or sequels. Different developers and publishers have worked on Lord of the Rings Online, over the years. Originally the game was developed by Turbine and was published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. In 2016, Daybreak Game Company took over publishing, with Standing Stone Games handling the development.

38 different updates have been released for Lord of the Rings Online, each of them adding new content and gameplay. There are hundreds of hours of gameplay available for players who want to do everything that Lord of the Rings Online has to offer.

Lord of the Rings Online: Rangers and Ruins Cheat Codes

Unfortunately for players, Lord of the Rings Online does not have any in-game cheat codes. That remains true for the Rangers and Ruins update. Most MMORPGs avoid implementing cheat codes in their games. Because MMORPGs typically require players to grind for loot and join parties to defeat bosses, cheat codes would create unfair advantages. Players who download a cheat trainer or try to hack the game would likely be banned.

Lord of the Rings Online: Rangers and Ruins Cheat Code FAQ

Does Lord of the Rings Online: Rangers and Ruins have any cheat codes?

No, Lord of the Rings Online: Rangers and Ruins does not have any cheat codes. Cheat codes would give players unfair advantages during raids and combat. These cheats would ruin the flow of gameplay and the in-game economy.

What is the difference between cheat codes and cheat trainers?

They both give players some sort of advantage in the game, whether they make their speed runs faster or make the game more accessible to them. But cheat codes are built into the game by the developers. What many people don’t know is that cheat codes were originally a tool by developers to make game testing easier. With the gaming industry becoming so large, cheat codes are no longer needed and are becoming less frequent in new titles.

Cheat trainers are external tools that are made by third parties to be downloaded. Since cheat trainers can be made by almost anyone, they can even be seen as the more accessible option. They have more options for what they can do than your usual cheat code. Players can adjust the speed of the game, camera speed, and other things that can make it difficult for certain players.
