A quick update: the long-awaited Metal Gear Solid 4 trophy patch we told you about last week is officially live, Konami has confirmed. The update is 516mb in size, and will add 34 new tasks for you to achieve and brag about upon completion. Last week, Konami unveiled 20 of those trophies to the public.
