The previously confirmed next entry in the Mass Effect franchise is in the “early stages” of its design, according to series’ head Casey Hudson.
Hudson made the news official through Twitter yesterday, saying: “We’re in early stages of designing a completely new Mass Effect game. What would you want to see in it?”
Naturally, hundreds of suggestions soon piled in, ranging from a Dragon’s Dogma-like pawn system to the ability to play as multiple characters. It had previously been announced that the new Mass Effect will feature a completely new protagonist, although further details are, as you’d expect, still scarce at this time.
