Earlier Today, Nintendo Life reported on a story confirming that several North American retailers have already revealed new Super Smash Bros . Amiibo toys that will be exclusive to their stores. Below are the three main retailers on this list along with the pre-order opening dates:
Gamestop – Ness (now available for pre-order)
Toys ‘R’ Us – Greninja (pre-orders start on April 3 rd )
Target – Jigglypuff (pre-order date currently unknown)
These amiibo toys were announced during the Nintendo Direct that took place on April 1. It is currently unclear how long these toys will last, but my guess is that they won’t be around for too much longer.
Nintendo has really stuck gold with the Amiibo craze and I fully expect them to keep making these toys for several of the big exclusives that are currently in development.
