Trion’s highly acclaimed MMO RIFT finally comes to Origin today. By purchasing it on EA’s downloadable service, you will be able to get limited edition in-game items. These items are part of the “Ascended Gift Pack,” and they include a Spirit Woven Backpack, which is basically just a ten-slot bag, ten Essence of Magic and ten Essence of Health, which are small mana and health regenerative items respectively, twenty Soul Nectars, which restore a moderate amount of health and mana over ten seconds, and five Words of Night, which temporarily increase all of your stats. It’s kind of weird that they would choose to give actual usable items in their Origin promotion and not equipment.
