Masahiro Sakurai’s name brings one series immediately to mind: Super Smash Bros. The designer, well known for his work on the Nintendo mash-up fighter, most recently wrapped up production on 3DS launch-title-turned-2012-release Kid Icarus: Uprising (our review can be read here ) and has been pegged as the driving force between an upcoming Wii U and 3DS edition (or editions) of Super Smash Bros. So what’s he up to today? If his Twitter feed, as translated by Andriasang, is to be believed, sneaking into Platinum Games’ studio.
