To match the sleeker and sexier slim Xbox 360 that launched at E3 last year, Microsoft is releasing a couple peripherals to match the console’s new look. The first is a media remote that’s actually been around for some time, only now it’s getting a much-needed makeover. It’s black, shiny, and is worthy of even the most elegant of entertainment centers. If it were possible, your other remotes would be envious. The second new peripheral to be added to the Xbox 360’s arsenal is a stylish Bluetooth 3.0 headset. Now, this isn’t your grandma’s headset. It will feature noise cancellation technology and three different sized ear gels to satisfy every type of ear, no matter how freakishly large they may be. The new headset will last for as long as 300 hours on a single charge, or get eight hours of use on batteries.
The remote will run you $19.99, and the headset will cost $59.99. Both will become available this November. |
