Recent news from Japanese business publication Nikkei has said that Kaz Hirari had stepped up to become the president of Sony Corporation . He was to take over in April, replacing the current president Howard Stringer. However, a recent response from Sony has said otherwise. “Certain media reports were published on January 7, 2012 (JST) regarding Sony Corporation’s executive officers’ appointments. Sony Corporation has made no announcement in this regard and nothing has been determined at this time.”
