If you are a PS3 Mass Effect player, then you probably know all about yesterday’s bug-fixing patch. However, what you might have missed are the spoilers that the patch included for the final installment of Mass Effect 2 DLC. If you are planning to purchase this DLC and don’t want anything spoiled for you, I suggest you quickly look away. Still with us? Good. In yesterday’s patch, three trophies for the last DLC hint at major plot points. The trophies (and their descriptions) are:  The Ultimate Sacrifice – Complete the Arrival DLC. It looks like Amanda Kenson (who was previously mentioned in a Cerberus Network update) will be a focal point in the final DLC, and there will be a substantial final battle component involving a sacrifice of some sort.
