We’re Up to Humble Indie Bundle 17

We’re Up to Humble Indie Bundle 17

Crack open your wallets, because now’s as good a time as ever to grab some great indie games. A new Humble Bundle has appeared, and it’s a big one. Rather than some supplemental or placeholder bundle, it’s the seventeenth Humble Indie Bundle that can give you games like The Beginner’s Guide, Galak-Z, and Octodad.

The $1 tier is a pretty wonderful one in the Humble Indie Bundle 17. You get The Beginner’s Guide , an adventure game, Galak-Z, an open-world action game with shooter elements, and Lethal League , a fighting game. Beating the average gives you Octodad: Dadliest Catch , a physics-based adventure game, Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime , a cooperative shooter, Super Time Force Ultra , a platformer where you control time, and more games next Tuesday. Pay $10, and you get the roguelike Nuclear Throne . No matter what you pay, it’s a good deal.

It also benefits a good cause. Both Child’s Play and the Electronic Frontier Foundation are supported by the Humble Indie Bundle 17. I’m a huge fan of Child’s Play and the work they do bringing toys and games to children’s hospitals.

Here’s what you should do. Buy the Humble Indie Bundle 17 for Octodad , if you don’t already own it. That’s probably the best and most heartwarming game in the bundle, and it’ll do you a world of good to help this perfectly ordinary father and husband find his way through an exasperating day.
