The Angry Birds had a huge start on the iPhone. From there, they went to the Android platform. Then the PlayStation 3. So, what will their next conquest be? Well, if you guessed “the world,” you’re half-right! A free version of Angry Birds is coming to Facebook (which boasts 500 million global users, in case you forgot), in hopes of conquering the hearts, minds, and spare time of everyone using the service.  Though the Facebook version of Angry Birds has yet to be formally unveiled, developers Roxio teased that there will be some major differences for the browser-based game, and the Pigs will have a more prominent role in the gameplay. Sounds interesting for sure, but I don’t know how I feel about losing what little free time I had left! |
