Drop-in, drop-out co-op gaming seems to be a big trend at E3 this year, and it was confirmed for Dead Space 3 at EA’s press conference today. The presentation also confirmed a new companion for Isaac Clarke named John Carver. The game begins as Clarke crash-lands on an ice planet while hunting down necromorphs, and other locations such as deep space were mentioned. Dead Space 3 will be released in February 2013.
