The Sims 4: Werewolves Cheats & Cheat Codes for PC, PS4, and Xbox One

The Sims 4: Werewolves expansion takes the popular social-sim gameplay of EA and Maxis’ The Sims 4 and injects some supernatural flair into it through the addition of lycanthropy. This new game pack brings with it new features, abilities, unlockable items, and many cheat codes that players can use to enhance their time with the expansion.

The console editions of Sims 4 (on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, or Xbox One) allow players to summon the cheat box by holding the four triggers on the controller simultaneously. PC players only need to hold CTRL, Shift, and C to open up the cheat menu. Opening the cheat menu in the Mac version is the same as on PC. However, instead of holding the CTRL key, players will need to use the Command key that takes its place on Mac computers. After using the Command key together with Shift, players then press C to open up the cheat dialogue.

When the textbox appears at the top of the screen, type in ‘testingcheats true’ to enable the use of cheats inside of the game. Players can also type the phrase ‘testingcheats on’ for a similar effect. Make sure to type these phrases exactly as they appear since getting them to work is case-sensitive. Note that turning on cheats will disable the ability to earn trophies or achievements for that save file.

The Sims 4: Werewolves Premise

The Werewolves expansion to The Sims 4 allows players to embrace or fight against a sudden outbreak of lycanthropy among their sims, with the residents of the player’s world transforming into werewolves and joining together in packs to hunt and prowl throughout the night. Much more than just a simple cosmetic upgrade, the expansion includes plenty of lore about werewolves and other supernatural entities such as vampires or spellcasters (witches and warlocks) and the new Moonwood Mill area.

The Sims 4: Werewolves Main Characters

As a simulation game, The Sims 4: Werewolves doesn’t introduce any new characters outside the Sims that players have already created and interacted with in the base game. That said, the Werewolves expansion does introduce plenty of new ways for those Sims to interact and bond with one another, such as the ability to hunt in packs.
