With Operation Rainfall two-thirds successful, and a rumor out the gate that its third target, Pandora’s Tower, will be making its way to North American Wiis later this year, those Wii-owning JRPG fans can finally breathe a tentative sigh of relief. Or can they? Club Nintendo, famous for giving out prizes of varying and often dubious value to fans who register their new games, is offering a special bonus exclusively to its European members. For those who purchase The Last Story, Xenoblade Chronicles, and Pandora’s Tower and register all three, the EU Club Nintendo will send out a set of three commemorative, golden coins (not real gold, they’re quick to assert). Dubbed the Club Nintendo RPG Commemorative Coin Collection, the coins have designs that evoke the three games that inspired them.
