Kid Icarus: Uprising was one of the major selling points of the 3DS. Of course, we were hoping it would be a launch title for the handheld, but here we are almost a year later and it still hasn’t come out. Some were even speculating that it may have been cancelled. Well, the game is doing fine, actually, and it has finally been given an official release date. Nintendo recently released a new trailer for Kid Icarus: Uprising, and included in this trailer was the game’s release date of March 23, 2012. The trailer also showed off some new weapons, some rail shooter segments, some platforming and puzzle challenges, and some God of War-scale bosses.
