Mac Users Can Finally Play LIMBO

None

If you haven’t heard of LIMBO, you’re obviously not a real gamer, which probably also means that you are a Mac gamer. Well, if that’s the case, I have good news. LIMBO is now available on the Mac App Store.

LIMBO is a puzzle-centric platformer that features an adorable child being disemboweled by gigantic spiders. It hit Xbox Live in 2010, and PS3/PC earlier this year, and it’s finally making its way to the lowly Macintosh gamers. The game is currently available for $9.99 on the App Store and is heading to Steam (for Mac) on January 13th.

Now, I don’t want to overstep my bounds, but LIMBO is a scant 83 MB, so I would think that we could convince Playdead, the developer, to port a version over to mobile platforms like iPhone and Android. Actually, way more people play games on their phones than on their Macs, so it seems like a no-brainer to me.

Make it happen, Playdead. I’ll buy 10 copies.
