If you’re a first-person shooter fan and you, for whatever reason, have not already been playing and loving Overwatch , this weekend is the perfect opportunity to get addicted. Here’s the deal. From now until Monday, you can download and play the full version of Overwatch . You’ll have access to all 22 heroes and all 13 maps, and should you decide to purchase the game after Monday, all of your progress and loot box rewards will carry over to the full version.
There are a few caveats, of course. The free weekend is only available on Xbox One and PS4, so PC players are out of luck (WTF, Blizzard?). Additionally, while you do not need a PlayStation Plus subscription in order to enjoy the trial, you will have to have an Xbox Live Gold membership. That’s all there is to it!
